• Design and development of AI pipelines and agents to automate complex processes.
• AI-assisted migration of a critical production risk management system, representing approximately 2.5 million lines of code, from Jython/Python 2 and Java to Python 3.11.
• Design of an AI migration pipeline capable of progressively analysing and transforming code while preserving its structure and functional behaviour.
• Work carried out with strong requirements for reliability, traceability and regression prevention, as the system is a central component of production risk management.

2020 - Present

• Administration and operation of the Scaleway managed Kubernetes cluster hosting Reacteev tools and services, with approximately 30 namespaces.
• Design of Helm deployments and industrialisation of production releases through GitLab CI/CD.
• Management of resources, secrets, certificates and security-related components.
• Operation of the Prometheus, Grafana and Loki observability stack.
• Preparation of Kubernetes upgrades and identification of deprecated components and APIs to secure platform evolution.
• Incident management and keeping the infrastructure in operational condition.

January - June 2026

• Qualiopi-certified training for two groups of approximately 10 people from the Information Systems and Digital Uses Department of the Bouches-du-Rhône Departmental Council in Marseille.
• Facilitation of 6 half-day sessions per group, based on the participants’ real professional cases.
• Topics: Personas & Story Mapping, Agile Communication, Prioritisation, Estimation & WSJF, multisite and distributed teams, Delivery & Planning, DevOps & Continuous Delivery.
• Practical application of the concepts to the teams’ real challenges and synthesis of the learning through a review of the practical cases.
